About the Role
Evaluate best methods to improve the image quality of IR cameras mounted behind a NeoQLED display
- Un-distort image stream and minimize reflection and de-fraction artifacts in order to optimize effectiveness of image processing algorithms such as Gaze detection
- Data collection or creation
- Collaborate with different teams across Harman
What You Will Do
- Improve image quality for IR camera mounted behind a NeoQLED Display
What You Need to Be Successful
- Student with major in engineering, robotics, computer science or related fields
- Profound analytical and mathematical skills
- Good knowledge of classic and AI based Computer Vision methods
- Basic competences on Camera- and Display Hardware technologies
- Knowledge and interest in systems engineering, simulation and signal processing
- Experience with python scripting
- Hands on experience with at least one standard AI Frameworks
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Fluent in English, self-organized and highly motivated
Bonus Points if You Have
- Programming (C++ or Matlab/Simulink environment)
- Prior experience with ROS, CARLA, OpenCV
