Our client is a long-standing private bank in German-speaking Switzerland with a strong tradition of stability, discretion, and personal client relationships. With deep roots in wealth management, they combine proven values with modern solutions. They are seeking a German-speaking, experienced, Wealth Advisor with an entrepreneurial mindset and strong client orientation.
Your mission:
- Develop and expand the client base locally
- Build and manage a personal client portfolio of high-net-worth individuals
- Provide tailored financial and investment solutions aligned with client needs and company values
- Contribute to the definition of the local market strategy, balancing innovation and tradition
- Collaborate with colleagues to maintain and enhance high consulting and quality standards
Your profile:
- Several years of experience in serving high-net-worth clients
- Strong expertise in wealth management and client acquisition
- Banking-specific training and SAQ CWMA certification (or equivalent)
- Excellent command of German; knowledge of French and English is an asset
- Well-established regional network, entrepreneurial drive, and high self-motivation
- Trustworthy, client-focused, and team-oriented personality with excellent relationship skills
