We are looking for a Retention Specialist to join a global leader in remote connectivity software, based in Germany!
As a Retention Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the renewal process, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention across the DACH region. You will collaborate cross-functionally, strengthen customer relationships, and identify expansion opportunities within the existing customer base in a fast-paced, innovative tech environment.

What will you do?
Execute the renewal process to ensure annual recurring revenue (ARR) is retained or expanded
Identify customer risks and opportunities and coordinate mitigation strategies
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver excellent customer experiences and build trust
Establish and maintain business relationships via phone and email
Identify and act on cross-sell and up-sell opportunities within the existing customer base
Monitor market and competitor trends, delivering insights to improve internal processes and increase customer loyalty
Candidate profile
University or college degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is beneficial
1-2 years of experience in sales, customer retention, or customer service, preferably in renewals
Experience in IT and familiarity with SaaS is a strong advantage
Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a team-oriented mindset
Customer-centric and results-driven, with a proactive approach to challenges
Fluency in German and English is mandatory; additional languages are a plus
