Job Description

• Work closely with the General Manager Operations and gain hands-on experience across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Process & Quality Management, IT and Legal Services
• Contribute to strategic and operational projects and actively support their implementation
• Take ownership of your own work packages and sub-projects, with increasing responsibility over time
• Get close to our operations, analyze processes and data, identify improvement potential and help turn ideas into practical solutions
• Work directly with different teams and functions to move topics forward and ensure effective implementation
• Prepare analyses, presentations and decision documents for the General Manager Operations and other senior stakeholders
• Support the General Manager Operations in day-to-day business as well as strategic and organizational topics
• Participate in targeted training and development activities to prepare for future management responsibilities

Qualifications

• Completed technical degree, preferably in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, or Information Technology, or a degree from a technical college (HTL) - in either case complemented by knowledge of business administration.
• Initial experience in an industrial, technology-driven, or international business environment through internships, project work, or a first professional role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills combined with a structured and independent working style
• Hands-on mentality, strong execution skills, and a high level of ownership
• Business acumen and affinity for digital tools, data analysis, and process improvement
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English
• Ability to communicate complex topics clearly and effectively to different stakeholders
• Willingness to learn, grow, and take on responsibility
• High willingness to travel nationally and internationally, as well as readiness to undertake extended assignments abroad, as part of your leadership development within Anton Paar
• Strong ambition to prepare for a future management role in an international environment

We offer a fair and market-aligned salary based on the collective agreement for employees in the metal trade - adjusted to the regional conditions of the Styrian labor market. The minimum gross monthly salary for this position is € 3,800 (based on full-time employment). What truly counts for us are your personality, your skills, and the experience you bring.
