Responsibilities
At the Faculty of Electrical and Information Engineering at Graz University of Technology, an interdisciplinary research team consisting of a tenure track position, a postdoctoral position, and two predoctoral positions is being established in the field of heterogeneous integration in collaboration with a global substrate manufacturer. The research activities are carried out in close cooperation with the three participating institutes: Electronics, Electric Drives and Power Electronic Systems, and Microwave and Photonic Engineering.

- Research in the field of heterogeneous integration for high-power computing.
- Dissemination of research results by publications at international conferences and in high-rated journals. Preparation of a dissertation.
- Participation to teaching of courses in one of the fields of electronics, power electronics, or high-frequency technology, as well as co-supervision of seminar papers, projects, bachelor's and master's theses.
- General administrative tasks, participation in university self-administration. Support in the execution of projects.
Admission Requirements
- Completed master's or diploma degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering or related fields
- Good written and spoken English, knowledge of German is an advantage
Desired Qualification
- Experience in one of the fields of Electronics, Power Electronics or Microwave Engineering
- Experience in and/or enthusiasm for teaching
- Interest for independent scientific research
- The ability to work in a team and willingness for cooperation within and outside the university

We offer an annual gross salary of at least € 52,007.20 for a fulltime position. An overpayment based on qualification and experience is possible.
