The Human Resources Shore is located in Hamburg and supports the 130 employees working for the Deutsche Afrika-Linien / John T. Essberger Group ashore.

To strengthen our E&S Tankers Team we are looking for an engaged and dedicated Post Fixture Analyst (m/f/d). Zur Verstärkung unseres Post Fixture Teams von E&S Tankers suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Post Fixture Analyst (m/w/d).
Job Description:
What you can expect:
- You will be responsible for the accurate data maintenance in the associated programme (IMOS)
- Issuing of all invoices, e.g. freight and demurrage invoices
- Checking and processing of incoming invoices, e.g. fuel and broker commission invoices
- Monitoring and follow-up of outstanding incoming payments
- Calculation of lay times according to the agreement and additional clauses
- Close cooperation with the Chartering and Operations
- Teamwork
What we expect from you:
- Completed apprenticeship, preferably in the shipping industry
- Experience in this work area or in a similar field
- Analytical approach and a capacity for accuracy
- Fluent in verbal and written English
- Experienced in working with MS-Office
- Team-minded, good organization and communication skills
