Ideal qualifications and personal characteristics:

• Two German State Exams in Law (juristische Staatsexamen), passed with at least the grade of Fully Satisfactory (vollbefriedigend), or equivalent foreign qualifications (particularly Solicitor (UK) or similar)

• Several years of professional and negotiation experience

• Excellent English language skills

• Enthusiasm for challenging legal work, combined with pragmatism and a realistic outlook

• Willingness to travel

• Interest in technical matters
