Senior Associate Data Scientist L1

As a Senior Associate Data Scientist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing AI & Machine Learning solutions to drive business insights and innovation. You will work on complex data sets, build predictive models, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful data-driven solutions.

Your Impact

• Develop and deploy AI & Machine Learning models to solve business challenges.
• Analyze large, complex datasets to extract valuable insights and patterns.
• Design and maintain ETL pipelines and data workflows to ensure clean, reliable data feeds for analytics and model training.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into data science solutions.
• Utilize statistical modeling, deep learning, and NLP techniques to enhance decision-making processes.
• Work with engineering teams to integrate AI models into production systems.
• Ensure the scalability, efficiency, and accuracy of AI solutions.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in AI, machine learning, and data science.

Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in AI, machine learning, and data engineering.
• Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or other AI frameworks.
• Experience with statistical modeling, deep learning, and NLP techniques.
• Experience building data pipelines using tools such as Spark, SQL, Airflow, or equivalent orchestration frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with cloud-based AI solutions (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in German and English at a business fluent level (C1/C2).
