We are an established, innovative company headquartered in Cologne with branches in Berlin and Munich, specializing in HR services. With many years of experience and a broad network, we offer professional support in all areas of human resources. Our focus is on individual, modern solutions and personal support. To strengthen our team in Cologne, we are looking for you to join us as soon as possible as a working student (m/f/d) in Human Resources.
Your Tasks
- You will support our HR managers in both recruiting and day-to-day operations; take on administrative tasks such as issuing certificates and providing support to our external employees
- In this context, you will also be responsible for designing job advertisements, creating candidate profiles, and scheduling interviews
- You will assist with our social media activities, design marketing materials, research topics related to human resources management, and organize their distribution via our partners.
Our Requirements
- You are a registered student (m/f/d) of economics or humanities, ideally with a focus on human resources
- A keen interest in human resources topics and initial professional experience gained through internships are an advantage
- We require you to be proficient in MS Office products and have good written and spoken English skills
- Your strengths include strong communication and teamwork skills and a passion for working with people
