To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Senior SuccessFactors Talent Consultant (f/m/d).

Responsibilities:

  • Lead / assist in the implementation of SuccessFactors Talent Management modules/features specially in the areas of Performance & Goals, Succession Development and Career and Talent development. If you have experience in Onboarding, Recruiting, Learning, Compensation or Opportunity Marketplace is a plus.
  • Implementation experience in Job Profile Builder or Talent Intelligence Hub is considered a strong plus.
  • Able to map As-Is & To-Be Processes
  • Deep knowledge of SuccessFactors Best Practices
  • Customize the system to align with organizational processes and policies
  • Manage user permissions and roles within the Talent Management modules
  • Collaborate with global business leaders and HR teams to understand their needs and translate them into system requirements
  • Conduct workshops and meetings with stakeholders to gather detailed requirements
  • Able to provide training to HR teams on system functionalities
  • Create training materials and user guides
  • Offer ongoing support and troubleshoot issues raised by users.
  • Stay updated with the latest SuccessFactors features and best practices
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements
  • Participate in system upgrades and testing
  • Plan and manage projects related to the deployment or enhancement of SuccessFactors Talent modules
  • Manage SAP SuccessFactors releases (Check in Release notes, Prepare test scripts, Communicate changes to HR leads, etc.) for Talent Management modules

Candidate’s Profile:

  • Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree is required, preferably in fields such as Human Resources, Management and Information Technology
  • 4-6 Years of experience in the same function
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in the end-end implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Talent Modules
  • The candidate should hold certifications in the following areas:
    • SAP SuccessFactors Performance and Goals (C_THR82)
    • SAP SuccessFactors Succession Management (C_THR85)
    • SAP SuccessFactors Career Development Planning and Mentoring (C_THR95)
  • Implementation experience in Job Profile Builder or Talent Intelligence Hub is considered a strong plus.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Professional English
  • Knowledge of Spanish and French it is a plus
