Are you passionate about digital marketing and eager to create impactful customer experiences on an international scale? Become part of the BMW

Customer Journey Management team and help drive innovative 1:1 and 1:N digital campaigns for the MINI brand across Europe.

• Design and execute international digital campaigns along the full customer journey for MINI Europe
• Provide hands-on operational consulting and guidance to local markets
• Manage and steer media and creative agencies to deliver outstanding campaign results proved by KPI
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Digital Hub, Campaign Management, Artwork, Product Management, Events, and local markets)
• Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance to continuously optimize impact

• A degree in Business Administration or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing, specialized in Customer Journey (mandatory)
• A strong interest in emerging digital marketing trends and innovations as well as data driven marketing, impact analysis
• Solid project management skills with a structured and proactive mindset
• Fluent English skills (written and spoken)
