We’re looking for a Director of Operations – Nordics to lead our service and project operations. In this key role, you’ll drive regional performance, margin growth, and strategic alignment — while empowering teams and making a tangible impact on customers, communities, and the environment.

Are you a strategic, entrepreneurial leader who thrives on building business value through operational excellence? We are looking for a Director of Operations for our biggest business units to drive service and project performance across the Nordic region.

This is a high-impact leadership role where you'll combine strategic thinking, commercial acumen, and operational know-how to scale our Nordic business to the next level.

Your team consists of 250 dedicated people with 8 direct reporting managers within the areas of service delivery, project execution, monitoring & control as well as application and technical design.

This role can be located in any of the Nordic countries - Sweden, Denmark or Norway. Preferred locations are Stockholm, Copenhagen and Oslo.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee daily operations across Sweden, Norway, and Denmark

• Own the P&L for the Nordic transport segment — drive profitability and growth.

• Drive customer-centric initiatives, operational innovation, and process excellence.

• Lead and develop high-performing cross-country teams, fostering accountability and engagement.

• Find smart ways to improve efficiency, margin, and customer experience

• Collaborate across functions to ensure a smooth and impactful operation

What You Bring

• Several years of experience in operations, service, or project delivery — ideally in infrastructure or industrial sectors

• An entrepreneurial mindset with strong commercial instincts.

• Experience leading diverse teams across countries or regions

• A collaborative approach to leadership — with strong communication skills

• Ability to balance day-to-day details with strategic thinking

• Solid understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and operational data

• Fluent in English and at least one Nordic language

• A bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (Master’s a plus)
