• You will be responsible for independently entering, checking and processing customer orders in the SAP system, ensuring complete documentation and process quality
• In addition, you will be responsible for compliance with internal guidelines and checking the completeness of all order-related data from entry to invoicing

• You have completed commercial training as an office management assistant (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or wholesale and foreign trade management assistant (m/f/d)
• In addition, you have sound professional experience in supply chain management, in export or in general order processing at an industrial company
• You are characterised by your sound knowledge of SAP R/3 (SD) as well as routine use of common MS Office applications such as Excel and PowerPoint
• You have a native level of written and spoken German and a very good command of English, in order to communicate professionally with international customers
• In addition, you have initial practical experience in using modern digitalisation tools such as Qlik or Power BI in order to be able to analyse and visualise data efficiently
• You have a valid work permit and reside in Germany, in order to be able to carry out the activities within the framework of direct recruitment without any legal restrictions
