Responsabilities

• Data Migration & Cutover Activities - Prepare and execute mass data uploads and changes in SuccessFactors Employee Central; Validate data accuracy and completeness prior to import activities ; Monitor the results of mass updates and perform corrections when necessary.; Maintain documentation and templates required for recurring mass data processes.
• Role‑Based Permissions (RBP) Management - Structure, maintain and optimize Role Based Permissions (RBP) in SuccessFactors in alignment with governance rules and security principles; Coordinate with process owners and HRIS Manager to validate permission requirements and ensure proper segregation of duties; Perform regular audits to ensure security compliance, accuracy and consistency of permission assignments; Document and continuously improve the RBP framework.
• HRIS Operations & Support - • Accept and process HRIS‑related requests and incidents in ServiceNow according to defined standards; Validate input data and route requests to appropriate HR/IT contacts when required; Provide timely resolution or escalation of incidents based on complexity and priority; Ensure consistent documentation and closure of tickets in line with ITSM practices.
• Workflow & Process Configuration - • Participate in HRIS‑related projects and contribute expertise on SuccessFactors Employee Central and related modules; Identify improvement opportunities in HR processes, system configuration or data management; Maintain documentation, knowledge articles and training materials for HRIS processes and tools; Support communication and training for new functionalities, processes or releases.
• Monitoring and, if necessary, application of corrective actions for key performance indicators of the organisational unit
• Ensuring compliance with corporate policies and procedures and legal requirements among team members

Candidate’s Profile:

• Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree is required, preferably in fields such as Economics and Information Technology
• 5-8 Years of experience in the same function
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in large HRIS environments, data migration projects, workflow configuration, and cross‑functional HR/IT collaboration.
• The candidate should hold certifications in the following areas: SuccessFactors certifications (Employee Central, RBP, Workflow configuration) preferred.
• Experience working in HRIS implementation or enhancement projects
• Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow) and ticket handling
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Professional English - Excellent written and verbal communication
• Anticipating and adopting innovations in business-building digital and technology applications.
• Planning and prioritizing work to meet commitments aligned with organizational goals
