Your tasks

• Greet our guests in a friendly and courteous manner , creating a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere.
• Carry out the check-in and check-out processes efficiently to ensure a smooth start and end to each stay.
• Manage cash handling carefully to ensure accuracy in all financial transactions.
• Handle back-office and reservation tasks to support effective planning and organization.
• Assist and advise our discerning holiday guests on-site by offering comprehensive information and help.
• Perform various administrative duties to keep reception operations running smoothly.
• Conduct control checks to ensure compliance with our standards and regulations.

• You have successfully completed training in hotel or restaurant management , perfectly preparing you for the demanding tasks at our reception.
