Your tasks:

• Processing of administrative HR processes along the employee life cycle (entries and exits, master data maintenance, document management, etc.)
• Independent support of time recording (holidays, absences, time corrections)
• Preparation of monthly payroll accounting incl. travel expense reports
• Organisation and booking of business trips as well as support with secondments (e.g. A1). Travel expense reports

• Providing temporary staff: administration, coordination with leasing companies and carrying out hourly reconciliations to check correct invoicing

Your profile:

• Completed commercial training (e.g. apprenticeship, HAK or HWB). e.g. apprenticeship, HAK or HLW)
• First professional experience in HR administration or time recording
• . Time recording
• Basic knowledge of payroll accounting and labour law
• Structured, solution-oriented and pragmatic way of working
• Reliable personality and enjoy working with people
• Sure handling of MS Office; experience with time recording and payroll systems an advantage

For this position, a gross salary from 3,000 euros is planned on the basis of full-time employment. We are happy to overpay depending on your professional experience and qualifications.
