Our client is looking for a dynamic General Manager to lead their aviation operations in Austria.

This is a senior leadership role with responsibility for a combined MRO + FBO site of around 40 employees. The successful candidate will drive operational excellence, strengthen customer relationships, and ensure compliance with the highest safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all operational, technical, and financial aspects of the site.

• Define and execute business strategies aligned with customer needs and organizational goals.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships and strategic partnerships.

• Lead and develop a motivated, high-performing team.

• Champion safety, quality, and compliance across all operations.

Candidate Profile

• Strong background in MRO with solid technical expertise.

• Proven leadership experience in aviation operations.

• Business acumen and ability to scale operations effectively.

• Excellent communication skills; English required, German a plus.

• Willingness to relocate within Austria and travel internationally.
