Join our team at the Helios Hanseklinikumin Stralsund as soon as possible as a

Personnel Officer (m/f/d).

• You will take over the recruitment process within the framework of temporary employment
• You will be responsible for carrying out the BEM procedure
• You will handle all personnel-related issues in day-to-day operations from joining to leaving and take care of travel expense accounting
• You support the controlling department with evaluations and key figures
• Whether parental leave, vacation or secondary employment - you create a wide variety of certificates quickly and accurately and maintain correspondence with employees, offices and authorities
• You will support HR management in various projects and act as a point of contact for our managers and employees

• You have a degree in business administration or law, ideally with a focus on human resources or labor law, or have completed comparable training
• Preferably you have initial/founded professional experience in personnel administration, preferably in the healthcare sector
• You are confident in using common MS Office applications and HR software programs, ideally with P&I LoGa
• You have in-depth knowledge of labor, social, collective bargaining and works constitution law
• You are characterized by a committed, friendly and collegial character, an independent and reliable way of working is a matter of course for you
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
