We are currently supporting one of our aviation clients in Basel in the search for a Technical Trainer & Training Specialist to join their team. This role will focus on delivering and developing technical training programs for maintenance, completion, and production teams across the EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and update technical training materials including manuals, practical syllabi and multimedia content.
• Deliver classroom and hands-on training on technical topics and compliance-related subjects.
• Ensure training content aligns with EASA regulations, Safety Management Systems and internal standards.
• Maintain training records and documentation within LMS systems (ideally SuccessFactors).
• Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve internal training and assessment standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in an aviation environment.
• EASA Part-66 B1/C or B2/C license preferred.
• Strong understanding of EASA regulations, SMS and Human Factors.
• Solid technical background in aircraft maintenance or production.
• Good organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and LMS systems (SuccessFactors is a plus).
• Fluent English required. German and/or French would be an advantage.
