Car Rental Manager - Staffordshire
Are you an experienced leader passionate about customer service and vehicle operations?
My client, a leading Dealesrhipr is looking for car rental Manager in Staffordshire, a proactive and results-driven Rental Manager to join our dynamic team.
This is an excellent opportunity to lead a branch, drive growth, and ensure exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all daily operations of the rental branch, including customer reservations, vehicle pick-ups/returns, and fleet management.
- Manage and mentor a team of staff, providing training, guidance, and performance evaluation.
- Ensure optimal vehicle inventory and maintenance, ensuring all cars are in excellent working condition.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase rental revenue, enhance customer satisfaction, and achieve business targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and local businesses to foster new partnerships.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
What You'll Bring:
- Proven leadership experience in a customer-facing environment, ideally within the vehicle rental or automotive sector.
- Strong operational and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
- Excellent customer service skills and a commitment to delivering an outstanding client experience.
- A keen understanding of business performance, with the ability to identify and implement growth opportunities.
