Buhler group in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia is looking for a passionate professional to join our team as Service Agreement Execution Engineer. This role is responsible to support the planning, execution, and delivery of projects across cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate would assist Field Service Engineers & Service Operation Manager in coordinating tasks, tracking progress, managing documentation, and ensuring the projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
This is where you'll excel
- Coordinate project activities, schedules, and resources to ensure smooth project execution.
- Assist Project Managers in developing project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Track project progress and maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
- Communicate project updates, risks, and issues to stakeholders and team members.
- Organize and facilitate project meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes.
- Monitor deliverables and follow up with team members to ensure deadlines are met.
- Identify potential risks or issues and escalate them appropriately.
- Maintain project tools, trackers, and dashboards.
- Support management processes and ensure proper approvals and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with organizational processes and project governance standards.
These are the skills you'll need
- Bachelor's degree in business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in project management or similar roles.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English and Arabic).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project management tools.
