We need you for:

• Support of distributor and customer meetings, trade fairs, and events both nationally and internationally
• Preparation and follow-up of presentations and reports for internal events
• Acting as a contact person for internal enquiries and collecting customer and distributor data
• Document management of contracts, certificates, and other documents
• Creation of CRM and training materials for the sales team and other stakeholders
• Ongoing maintenance of customer and distributor data in the CRM system
• Proactive support of the international sales team in administrative matters

Your profile:

• At least 2–4 years of professional experience in a similar role
• Very good knowledge of MS Office
• Experience in event management
• Experience with Salesforce or another CRM system is an advantage
• Highly structured, analytical, and independent working style
• Excellent German and English skills
• Additional foreign languages advantageous
• Committed and open personality with a high degree of team spirit
