Global Real Estate & Facilities (GRF) verwaltet das weltweite Immobilienportfolio der SAP,
mit über 200 Standorten in mehr als 70 Ländern. In Deutschland verantworten wir über 40
Standorte mit einer Fläche von 540.000 m².
Als Space Coordinator gestaltest du die Arbeitswelt von morgen an den SAP-Standorten
Walldorf und St. Leon-Rot. Deine Aufgabe ist unter anderem die strategische
Flächenvergabe sowie die Weiterentwicklung von flexiblen Arbeitsplatz- und
Flächenkonzepten. Ziel ist eine nachhaltige, effiziente und zukunftsorientierte
Flächennutzung, die Innovation, Zusammenarbeit und Mitarbeiterzufriedenheit fördert.
Deine Verantwortlichkeiten
• Entwicklung und Umsetzung einer langfristigen Flächenstrategie unter
Berücksichtigung hybrider Arbeitsmodelle
• Analyse von Flächenbedarfen, Ableitung von Optimierungsmaßnahmen sowie Beratung
interner Business Units, Gremien und Stakeholdern
• Definition von Standards und Governance für das Flächenmanagement
• Monitoring und Reporting zu Auslastung, Effizienz und Nachhaltigkeit
• Mitwirkung an globalen Initiativen zur Weiterentwicklung hybrider Arbeitsmodelle
• Changemanagement und Kommunikation: Begleitung von Veränderungsprozessen,
Informationskampagnen und Workshops
• Nutzung digitaler Tools und KI zur Effizienzsteigerung sowie Durchführung von
Marktanalysen für innovative Lösungen
Operative Aufgaben
• Koordination von Umzugsprojekten und Steuerung externer Dienstleister
• Bedarfsgerechte Verteilung der zur Verfügung stehenden Flächen
• Unterstützung bei Sonderprojekten (z. B. Konsolidierungen, An-/Abmietungen)
• Pflege von Datengrundlagen und Vorbereitung für globale Planungstools
• Umsetzung von Arbeitsplatzbuchungssystemen und Hygienekonzepten
• Dokumentation und Reporting relevanter Kennzahlen
Dein Profil
• Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Facility Management, Architektur oder
vergleichbarer Abschluss
• Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Flächen- oder Umzugsmanagement
• Erfahrung in der Umsetzung von Großprojekten
• Analytische Stärke und strategisches Denken
• Kenntnisse in REFX, CAD & Planon von Vorteil
• Verhandlungssichere Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse
