Your tasks will include …
- Company culture initiatives: e.g. implementing the "Heroes Award”, including screening nominations, coordinating with local HR teams, preparing and documenting selection processes
- Performance management process support: performance calibration workshops
- HR projects assistance: contributing to development of a knowledge platform, implementing internal communication activities
- Learning & Development support: organising and implementing different learning activities / programs (like workshops and internal / external trainings)
- Recruiting and onboarding involvement: communicating with applicants and coordinating appointments
You convince us if …
you are currently studying in the field of Human resources management, psychology or sociology. Ideally, you have already gained some initial insights into the field of human resources and have a basic understanding of HR processes. You work carefully and reliably and can keep track of multiple tasks. A structured approach to work, organizational skills, and an open, friendly manner are important to you. As you will be working in an international environment with colleagues from different cultures, good English skills and intercultural openness are particularly advantageous..
Depending on your availability, we offer a working time between 30 and 38.5 hours per week for this position, which is initially limited to 12 months.
The salary range starts at an all-inclusive gross annual salary of € 30.800,- (based on full-time employment); depending on qualifications and experience, a higher salary is possible. You will also benefit from a flexible working time model, a job ticket, a meal allowance, and a modern office environment that offers space for exchange and collaboration.
