LEASING MANAGER GERMANY (F/M/X)

Full-time • Hybrid

YOUR TASKS

• You will lead the leasing of one or more outlet centres in Germany in close collaboration with the Head of Leasing, Leasing Director and the Centre Mangers

• You will develop leasing strategies based on the local market conditions and international trends

• You will acquire national and international brand partners in the premium, fashion, sports, home and lifestyle market

• You will update leasing plans and present the leasing progress to our investors

• You will work with architects, lawyers and the local centre management teams

YOUR PROFILE

• You have proven leasing experience within the shopping centre management industry or as a real estate agent

• You have an excellent network within fashion, sports, home or lifestyle industry in Germany

• You have strong negotiation skills

• You have excellent interpersonal skills

• You have very good MS-Office knowledge (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)

• You are strong in organisation and communication, a team player and have a "hands-on" mentality

• You are fluent in German and you have strong written and verbal communication skills in English; further language skills would be an advantage
