As an IT System Administrator, you will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing our digital workplace. Working with Microsoft Intune, Microsoft 365, and endpoint technologies, you will ensure secure, reliable IT services while providing outstanding support to our users and contributing and leading innovative IT projects.

Your mission:

• Design, implement, and operate IT infrastructure and workplace solutions
• Administer and continuously improve Microsoft Intune, Endpoint Management, and Microsoft 365 services
• Deliver high-quality end user support and ensure an excellent user experience
• Manage the full client lifecycle, from provisioning and deployment to maintenance and retirement
• Resolve complex technical issues and drive continuous service improvement
• Ensure security, compliance, and operational stability across endpoint environments
• Lead IT projects and contribute to the ongoing optimization of workplace technologies and processes

What You’ll Bring:

• Completed vocational training (HTL), apprenticeship, or equivalent IT qualification
• Experience in service-oriented IT environments and end user support
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Intune, Endpoint Management, Microsoft 365, and Modern Workplace technologies
• Understanding of endpoint security, virtualization, networking, and server infrastructure
• Customer-focused, solution-oriented, and proactive mindset
• Structured, reliable, and self-organized way of working
• Strong communication skills in German and English
• Team player with a hands-on approach and a passion for continuous learning
