Your profile:

• Commercial training (office management/communication clerk (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d), tax clerk (m/f/d) or similar)
• Confident handling of MS Office
• Basic knowledge of accounting and payroll accounting is an advantage but not essential
• Communication skills and team spirit
• Structured and independent way of working

Your tasks:

• Project and order-related office organisation
• Appointment coordination and meeting preparation
• Preparation of offers and contracts
• Correspondence & ordering office supplies
• General administrative tasks
