Our client is an internationally active industrial company headquartered in Zürich, with strong market presence across APAC, EMEA, and LATAM regions. To further enhance and professionalize our global HR function, we are seeking an experienced leader for the position of Head of Compensation & Benefits
Head of Compensation & Benefits
Your tasks
- Take global responsibility for the design, implementation, and management of all compensation and benefits strategies
- Develop and manage competitive compensation models, including short-term and long-term incentive programs (STI/LTI) and benefits packages
- Lead the global compensation review process in close collaboration with HR Business Partners and Finance teams
- Conduct market benchmarking and salary analyses using leading tools such as Towers Watson and Mercer
- Implement and maintain a consistent global job grading and job evaluation system
- Manage international employee mobility programs, including expatriate assignments and relocations
- Provide strategic advice and support to top management and executive leadership on all compensation and benefits matters
- Lead and develop a small, specialized Compensation & Benefits tea
Your profile
- University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Human Resources, Industrial Psychology or related field
- Several years of experience in a global Compensation & Benefits role, preferably within an industrial environment
- Strong knowledge of benchmarking tools like Towers Watson and Mercer
- Understanding international labor laws, tax regulations, and social security systems is an advantage
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and high numerical affinity
- Fluent in English; proficiency in German is an asset
