HR Systems Operations
- Ensuring stable operation of the European HR system landscape
- Hands-on support of SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HCM (ECC, with future transition to S/4HANA), Employee Central Payroll (ECP), and SAP Concur
- Involvement in 1st, 2nd, and 3rd level support, including incident, problem, and change management
- Ensuring smooth Employee Central, Time Management, and Payroll processes
Functional Ownership & Configuration
- Functional responsibility for the SAP SuccessFactors platform in Europe
- Hands-on configuration in Employee Central and additional modules (e.g. Recruiting, Learning, Performance & Goals)
- Close collaboration with HR business units and IT stakeholders
Integration, Change & Partner Management
- Implementation of change requests from concept and configuration through testing to rollout
- Support and coordination of integrations (e.g. via SAP CPI)
- Steering and managing external AMS and implementation partners
Projects & Harmonization
- Participation and (partial) project leadership in European and global HR IT projects
- Active role in the global SuccessFactors rollout project
- Further development and harmonization of the HR system landscape
Your Qualifications
- At least 5 years of hands-on technical experience with SAP SuccessFactors, especially Employee Central, ideally configured from scratch
- Very good knowledge of SAP HCM and solid understanding of HR processes, particularly year-end activities, time models, goal cycles, and payroll-related processes
- Experience in operational system support, including 1st, 2nd, and 3rd level support and ticketing systems
- Experience working with external implementation and AMS partners is an advantage
- Project experience in HR IT rollouts or module implementations is a strong plus
- Very good English skills are mandatory; German skills are an advantage
- Strong communication and coordination skills, with a structured, independent working style
