HR Systems Operations

• Ensuring stable operation of the European HR system landscape
• Hands-on support of SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HCM (ECC, with future transition to S/4HANA), Employee Central Payroll (ECP), and SAP Concur
• Involvement in 1st, 2nd, and 3rd level support, including incident, problem, and change management
• Ensuring smooth Employee Central, Time Management, and Payroll processes

Functional Ownership & Configuration

• Functional responsibility for the SAP SuccessFactors platform in Europe
• Hands-on configuration in Employee Central and additional modules (e.g. Recruiting, Learning, Performance & Goals)
• Close collaboration with HR business units and IT stakeholders

Integration, Change & Partner Management

• Implementation of change requests from concept and configuration through testing to rollout
• Support and coordination of integrations (e.g. via SAP CPI)
• Steering and managing external AMS and implementation partners

Projects & Harmonization

• Participation and (partial) project leadership in European and global HR IT projects
• Active role in the global SuccessFactors rollout project
• Further development and harmonization of the HR system landscape

Your Qualifications

• At least 5 years of hands-on technical experience with SAP SuccessFactors, especially Employee Central, ideally configured from scratch
• Very good knowledge of SAP HCM and solid understanding of HR processes, particularly year-end activities, time models, goal cycles, and payroll-related processes
• Experience in operational system support, including 1st, 2nd, and 3rd level support and ticketing systems
• Experience working with external implementation and AMS partners is an advantage
• Project experience in HR IT rollouts or module implementations is a strong plus
• Very good English skills are mandatory; German skills are an advantage
• Strong communication and coordination skills, with a structured, independent working style
