There is only about three months to ONS 2016 in Stavanger, Norway and since the fair in 2014 we have been through a large development! Today we are approved manufacturer of BOP and riser bolts for several OEM’s in the industry, and we have invested heavily in a new production cell to be able to produce these large bolts up to 4” (M100) fully automated. Our M72 HV fastener sets will connect the monopiles and transition pieces for the Veja Meta Offshore Wind Farm. The MP are the heaviest ever produced with a weight of 1,302.5 tons for each, and it requires high tensile fasteners to make sure the MP and TP is safely connected. We are the proud suppliers of M72 HV bolt sets to the Sandbank Offshore Windpark (built by Vattenfall and Stadtwerke München). In this video you can see Bilfinger Marine & Offshore Systems GmbH install offshore monopile foundations and transition pieces. The monopile and transition piece are connected with a flange solution bolted with 114 x M72 HV bolt sets, delivered by Dokka Fasteners. Dokka Fasteners celebrated two of our employees, Eivind Larsen and Willy Lundhaug Friday December 11th. Eivind and Willy has worked for the company for 45 years, and have been very involved and important for business development in Dokka Fasteners. Loyalty and continuous improvements are characteristics of Eivind and Willy, and in this way they have been important role models for all employees. We are thankful for their working efforts in all these years, and wish both of them success in their future life.

The Norwegian newspaper “Moderne Produksjon” [modern production] have just published an article about Dokka Fasteners and Nord-Lock’s new solution: No Need For Retightening (NNFR).
