managing sales of Klueber lubrication in all the Southwest China,including Sichuan,Chongqing,Guizhou,Yunnan and Guangxi.Supporting the use of our lube products in clients' working sites and providing relative service such as product knowledge training,problem shooting,ect.

To ensure my technical team members to fulfill the appointed technical tasks both in good quality and in time; to lead colleagues to solve technical problems to insure smooth running of production-line. Generally speaking, I was responsible for all the affairs related to adhesive technology which was the vital technology, also a bottleneck for the company’s business development. I also had to deal with the center’s daily purchasing affairs.

I shouldered the duty as a work-shift head to lead the whole team to give maintaining & upkeep support for large-sized mining machines, such as super-sized hydraulic excavators and gear borer. With these mining machines in good order, the company’s strip mine was ensured a smooth production. Sometimes I took on some mechanical design duties.
