ON-site Recruiting Consultant - Responsible for the delivery of the recruitment service to allocated business areas. Work closely with the Recruitment team, HR and Hiring Managers, assuming overall responsibility for the delivery of an excellent service. Full cycle recruitment: Lead the Hiring Manager brief, sourcing of high quality candidates by using multiple channels (Social Media, E-Recruiting, Advertising, Referrals), prescreen and interview candidates and presentation a shortlist for each role within specified timeframe, relationship with candidates and hiring community, maintain all databases, management reports and talentpool

Manager of RPO (Recruitment process outsourcing) project on Novartis Pharma France sites (Paris Region and Alsace). Management of external recruitment, logistics of internal mobilities, trainees and temporaries within a team of 4 persons (2 recruitment coordinators and 2 HR assistants). Staffing reporting and talent pool.

Full cycle recruitment: Recruitment of permanents in Germany, Switzerland, France and US for the BUs Central Laboratory, Bioanalysis and Phamacology and in Western and Eastern Europe for Global Clinical Development.

Full cycle recruitment: Recruitment of Dutch, French and international employees in Sales & Marketing, Finance, After-sales and Quality. New hires retention program.
