Responsible for all IT division departments; Service Desk, Field Support and specialists teams; Servers, operating systems, dialers systems, ERP, infrastructure, databases, networks and Telecom. Head for the department development, aimed at adapting the division to the company growth by implementing best practices and structuring team. Actively participating and revamping the revaluation budget and creating the Dept strategic plan. Responsible for migrating the On premise Infrastructure to Cloud IaaS.

Accountable manager regarding L2 and L3 support departments, software development and QA from TIVIT BPM tower. Head of several projects regarding new products and implementing new methods and good practices to the IT environment in a day to day basis, such as ITIL model adequacy and SCRUM methodology regarding the development staff. SIX SIGMA Project implementations regarding the operations support and sustainability, also working on a new ROAD MAP related to the IT division and the budget adequacy.
