Coordinate finance projects for Power Controls in Europe: -Review Europe Balance sheet and accounts audits. -Designed internal sales monthly reconciliation process for 30 companies, 12 countries across Europe. -Reduction of $15 MM usd of aged disputes. -Lead business SAP to ORACLE financial interface. Redesign sites sub-ledger interface with total business ledger.

-Finance Responsibility for the plant. Budget and plans control. Cost accounting and expenses ownership in electric motors manufacturing plant. (Sales usd$20M) -Leadership for productivity projects and initiatives (Goal achieved $0.5 MM for a year).
