- Manage R&D Team based on their project priorities. - Coordinate with other departments about technical issues, e.g. drawings, engineering standards, process design review, quality issues. - Review and approve technical documents. - Design Review based on customer’s GD&T Dimension and Tolerance - Conduct FMEA with Production Teams and related departments.

Marketing Team Management - Gather automotive customers requirements for Aluminium Die Casting products. - Coordinate between customers and related departments in factory, e.g. Mold Design, Die Casting, Machining, QC/QA, Warehouse, Delivery. - Follow up price, quotation, delivery plan, sales plan to meet customers plan. - Support necessary documents and required information to customers.

- Specialize in IoT Monitoring System for Smart Factory, Smart Farm - Search new clients and get appointments - Visit clients to hear their problems and suggest IoT solutions - Organize and conduct sales presentations to customers - Offer products and services to reach customer's satisfaction in budget - Maintain customer relationship and secure company's revenue - Effectively approach to customers and communicate regularly

- Responsible for Manual Transmission design documents, drawings and prototype parts such as CATIA V.5 drawing preparation, prototype and evaluation jig design - Translate Japanese - English design documents for worldwide factories - Prove specification documents, drawings and 3D for transmission parts

- Responsible for Japanese customers about industrial gas sales support - Remain good relationship with customers - Offer solutions and solves customers problems when needed

1) Designed Manual Transmission (MT) for Hilux Revo, Hilux Vigo, Corolla, Yaris with wide range of manufacturing process experience for MT component parts 2) Designed FF Driveshaft and component parts 3) Responsible for MT Localization and Cost Reduction activity which cooperated with Toyota Motor (Thailand) 4) During 8 years in TMAP-EM, I have been selected to participate working in Toyota Motor Corporation (Japan HQ) for 2 years as FF Manual Transmission Design Engineer and FF Driveshaft Design Engineer
