Support EDWH applications, load plans and dependencies to fullfill the SLA we have with our customers Cooperation with customers to prioritazed the problem / incidents to ensure that urgent issues are quickly solved. Managing the business analysts and developers for solving big data issues and bugs related to EDWH.

• Data analysis for the Payment Solution and transaction data flow issues, investigate complex KPIs calculations by checking the defined business rules. • Minimize the impact of processes failures by creating automatically jobs (BTEQ/Linux scripts) for verification of any potential corrupted data that can have a big impact on the daily reporting areas.

 Responsible for developing, maintained and managed analytical and operational business reports representing aggregations that the customers will use to analyze business performance.  Involved in all ongoing projects including database migration from Oracle 10g to 11g, new Business Intelligence reports added to the FE that requires changes done in databases & Linux box during the out of business hours.

High education in Programming, mathematics, computer software, algorithms and data structures, computer, architecture, informatics, networks, information theory, computer theory, project management, databases, operating systems.
