- Briefing Designers with customer comments and requirements so they can correctly interpret the styling - Taking each style through the whole pre-production process according to customers procedures and through into production until shipment - Negotiating and finalising costing and prices - Following up all stages on production - Reporting to customers by weekly critical paths

- Briefing Designers regarding demands from customers - Following sampling stage with two development assistant - Costing and negotiating chosen styles with both customers and suppliers based on Turkey – Bulgaria – Egypt - Following up all stages on production with suppliers based on Turkey – Bulgaria – Egypt with two merchandisers - Following all fit steps with one technician person and make sure quality is good with three outside quality controller persons - Reporting to customer

- Researching prices from a range of manufacturers prior to their buying trips to Turkey - Placing orders after price agreement - Following up all stages of production with suppliers and to make sure all deliveries were correct and on time - Reporting to customers via weekly critical paths

- Following all the sampling stage of placement prints – embroideries – all over prints requested by head office in Ankara - Following all the lab dips or print colours from dye houses or print houses - Opening all the orders for the solid dyes & all over prints - Following all the solid dye – all over print – placement prints and embroideries on production stage - Responsible from the qualities of above productions before deliver to head office

- Responsible from the yarn dying machines in shifts - Responsible from the fabric finishing machine in shifts - Responsible from the fabric quality control department in shifts
