• Leading small team consisting of 3 people. • Prepare Procurement reports and create dashboards • Negotiations & Contract Management • Prepare Procurement Budget (CAPEX, OPEX) & Purchase Price Variance (PPV) Analysis • Drive and Initiate Cost Reduction Projects • Category Management of Polymers, Electronic Components and 3rd Party Manufacturing Parts (Plastic, Silicone, Thermoforming) • High involvement and Collaboration in New Product Development (NPD) Projects

• Category Management of Metals (Forging, Casting, Sheet, Plate, Bar, Fastener) and 3rd Party Manufacturing Mechanical Parts and Special Process Services • Working with Commodity Indexes such as LME • Long Term Agreement (LTA) with strategic partners • Make or Buy (MoB) Analysis for Mechanical Parts • Cost Breakdown (CBD) / Open-Book Costing Analysis • Should-Costing Analysis in New Product Development Projects • Localization Projects • On-Site Supplier Audits and Production Readiness Review (PRR)

• Procure to Pay (P2P) Cycle • RFI - RFP - RFQ • Procurement of Composite Raw Materials and Infusion Consumables • Procurement of Molds, Fixtures

• Experience with lean management techniques including problem solving (5 WHY’s, PCDA, Fish Bone, 8D Analysis), Kaizen, JIT, value stream mapping (VSM) and 5S • Participation to the all steps in 6 sigma project including define-measure-analysis-improve-control (DMAIC) • Statistical Process Control (SPC) and data analysis through Minitab
