I was the scrum master and architect on the software development team and worked with the CEO to prioritize and execute our yearly milestones. I boosted my team’s competencies with weekly coaching sessions and one-on-one meetings. ScoopCity is an e-commerce platform that sells household products and daily deals for experiences and services around the country. I defined and executed the technology goals for the company with feedback from the board of directors and sales team. I recruited and managed the software team, coached them, implemented the platform, and upgraded the security and server architecture.
