Supervising the production staff for the packing machines. Assigning day-to-day operational and technical tasks to the team. Motivating a team to achieve best-in-class results. Conduct shift-hand overtake meetings. Provide on-the-floor coaching to the team and ensure that all team members are trained on the operational standard operating procedures. Analyze the root cause of all key process, safety and quality issues. Assuring that the material is available to run a smooth production.

Responsible for Maintaining the equipment’s and Supporting Ancillaries by the right methods, ensuring the relevant SOP adherence to every task within the operation by all individuals during maintenance or Daily direction-setting tasks. Review and prioritize notifications or work order and plan for next 24 hours. Responsible for the general management (including issuance, maintenance, Heath check of the Standard work process, and Maintain Tools management.

Maintain all equipments on AM Step 4. Operate the packing machines on RTT (Run To Target) DMS. Shift RCO (Rapid Change Over) DMS owner. Ensure to fix all Quality & Safety related defects. Participated in SHOTO and pit stop meetings. Performing routing of Autonomous Maintenance tasks such as RLS, CIL. Repairing or replacing malfunctioning equipment and machinery. Maintaining records of work orders and work schedules to ensure that all jobs are completed on time.
