• Conducted engineering and detailed experimental tests to collect design data and assist in research work. • Study the propagation of a crack for different shape of notches compared to different factor (crack length, notch angle, a / b ratio, material ...) • Simulation and modeling of the structure when it is exposed to a stress (Traction, Shear, bending) under Abaqus. • Carry out mechanical tests on the model and validate the results with experimental and theory

• Worked with product planners and industrial designers to conceptualize and refine product concepts. • Design of molds using CATIA V5 to be used for the manufacture of the different parts (molding procedure). • Identifying the request, making the diagrams and designing the parts. • Analysis of specifications and definition of technical choices. • Follow-up of the manufacturing of alloy steel and cast iron parts. • Carrying out studies and developing detailed plans, sub-assemblies or sets.
