•Set up the trucking service & department in San Pedro office, the 2nd port city where ≈ 60% of the country cocoa is exported from; •Led both Customer Service & Finance teams on operation efficiency projects & off-shoring to the Global Service Center in India.

•Deployed the Lean operation management methodology via trainings and coaching on projects execution within the cluster; •Conducted operation efficiency assessment in Senegal, Guinea & Ivory Coast with positive outcomes in terms of opportunities for change; •Improved sales quoting process turn time & invoicing accuracy by 12% which in turn reduced the disputes and Day Sales Outstanding.

•Coordinated a project to get visibility & control over 90% of the company overall freight demands via data collection from logistics service providers & analysis. Main goal: Risk pooling & buying power consolidation; •Conducted gap analysis between Europe & USA LTL transportation specifications to facilitate data collection & understanding.

•Coordinated export bookings, improved import containers delivery turn-time, reduced costs by improving import documentation accuracy.
