I was invited by the European executive board to lead the Customer Service Organisation, with a specific mandate to improve team and process performance. This role directly reported to the European Supply Chain Director. Responsibilities: 4 Customer Service teams (1 located in UK, 3 in Germany) total 22 people with 4 direct reports Overall responsibility for order to cash process Customer advocate responsibility for over 1500 customer accounts Responsible for departmental budget >$1.8M

Responsibilities: Execution of supply of >250,000MT finished products, intermediates and raw materials, across 2 production facilities, inter-regional purchases, 3rd Party purchases and contract manufacturing to support service levels and business growth Supply capacity planning with business stakeholders - production, procurement and external supply partners 5 direct reports (1 UK, 4 Germany)
