Developing new vendors & evaluating existing vendors. Purchase planning, competitive advantage identification and monitors all activities related to the procurement department.

Responsible for purchasing of Electrical items of whole group. Purchase planning and competitive advantage identification. Negotiate with external vendors to secure the most advantageous terms. Collaborate with key persons to ensure the clarity of the specifications and expectations of the company. Prepare the purchase orders, Job Orders & Import Orders. Follow up purchase order and arrange delivery in given time period. Developing new vendors & evaluating existing vendors

Responsible for procurement of whole group. Generate a report of pending indents & orders to resolve issues. Contract management & supplier relationship management. Preparation of annual service contracts and renewal of service contracts. Prepare the purchase orders, Job orders & Import orders after receiving quotation through RFQ & approved comparative statement. Coordinate with accounts/finance for payment issues and submission of sales tax invoice.

Managing the proper set up through Loginext, Uniware, and Magento software’s. Understanding warehouse, inventory computer systems and supervised labors for the purpose of Order Processing, Inventory Management & Packaging. Enlisted new Products on website and also perform regular website updates moreover, Performed Functions Jot form for card submission and trello card follow-ups, account On boarding, lead generation, Contract preparation, Seller Desk Vendor on boarding and Pickup coordination.
