My role in Jazz Telecom was to, Participated in merger of Warid & Jazz Contact Center. Develop, deploy and maintain software applications to integrate interaction channels with Core Telecom application. Enhance Value-Added-Service platform to process telecom services via Voice, SMS, Chat and USSD. Document business proposals and applications support manuals.

Develop, deploy and maintain customer specific applications. Participate in delivery of Enterprise Integration projects using J2EE, C#, SOAP/ REST Services and XML/RPC. Assist pre-sales team to develop POC and demo of idea-based application. Participate in regular source code review and quality control activities.
