Currently working as a IT-Support Engineer (Part Time) in Germany. Current Assignment (Installations and Configurations of HP thin Client in different locations of Games Workshops in Germany).  Testing, Implementation, in 2nd Level Support  Managing operations and maintenance of network devices.  Customer Support, troubleshooting for WAN ,LAN and Wi-Fi.  Software & hardware installations, configurations and troubleshooting.

 Redesigning network infrastructure of Dodowa (A health research institute in Africa) by implementing a user authentication mechanism both port and web based.  Implement different services like, DNS, DHCP, FTP, Squid, Nagios.  Proposed IPV6 addressing scheme for future connectivity.  Writing reports, presentations and communication with other ongoing projects teams in Africa.

 Managing, maintaining, operations and maintenance of network devices in CSDT-AD (Center for Software Development and Training in Advance Databases) labs.  Configuration and management of Cisco routers.  Administration of Windows Server 2003, Exchange and Active directory.  Software & hardware installations, configurations and troubleshooting.

Practical study of NOC Operation & Maintenance. Operational PSTN, Transmission System, Practical training of outside plant, Siemens switches and Customer Database Management. Basics of Transmission.
