• Perform thermal, structural and flow analysis using CFD & FEM methods • Thermal, structural and material engineering and technical consultation for various automobile, aerospace, mechanical, energy and semiconductor industries and clients. • Responsible for concept development, FMEA, feasibility analysis, design optimization, product life cycle Engineering etc. • Customers visits, technical presentation, documentation and reviewing of reports, future potential assignments discussion.

• Research and development of EUV source machinery (worth 10 Million € each) used for production of microchips. • Performing CFD and FEM thermal, structural and flow analysis for various systems & subsystem • Advance research, development and analysis of various thermal systems, heat exchangers, rotating turbine, source assembly etc • Responsible for concept development, system architecturing, design optimization, FMEA, failure & feasibility analysis, precision engineering & technical support

• Investigating thermal, acoustics, pressure oscillation and structural stability in a gas turbine combustion system using FEM and CFD analysis. • Performing modal analysis to find different modes of vibration of the system. • Perform fluid-structure interaction which predicts flame oscillation coupling with natural modes of combustor to avoid structure damage. • Build a computational model to speed up the time and reduce cost of development.

• Development of solid oxide fuel cells (SOFC) as auxiliary power unit (APU) for BMW vehicles. • Coordinating with different companies involved in development (including BMW) • Analysing thermo mechanical behaviour, performance, cell degradation, life cycle & post analysis of fuel cell due to temperature cycling. • Contributing to fuel cell design and development team by various experimental, • analytical and FEM calculations/findings.
