Design of special machines. - Participation in the design of special machines for the control of automotive parts. - Assistance in the manufacture of special machines for quality control. - Monitoring of the proper functioning of the machines

Project : Study and design in coordination with Mercedes Benz and Xactools of 4 special machines dedicated to the control of automotive parts.

- Production planning with general management. - Manage the production staff. - Coordinate production requirements and maintenance interventions. - Analyze failures, malfunctions and suggest improvements. -Supervise equipment efficiency -Installation of new machines

Projects: Project manager taking over Respond to the study of the installation of a new bottling line PET (Soft drink bottles) - Study and follow-up of the dismantling of the old bottling line. - Respond to the infrastructure requirements imposed by the supplier (KHS Germany). - Visiting KHS factory in Germany in order to assist the functional test, the validation and the reception of the machines. - Ensure the implementation and start-up of the new PET line.
