Concept for locating and mounting of Diesel Particulate filter (DPF), Decomposition unit (DU), Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR), Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF) tank, Responsibilities include: To develop the exhaust after-treatment configuration and positioning the exhaust after-treatment components as per the regulations. To develop SUMO truck layout. Integrating Engines with SCR technology for revised emission norms. Integrating peripheral systems like Air Intake, Exhaust, Cooling system etc.

• Worked in WORLD TRUCK & BUS Project for STEERING, FUEL SYSTEM, ENGINE MOUNTS & Vehicle integration • Design of Steering Column Mounting Bracket, I-Shaft, Fuel Tank Mounting & optimized using FEA.
