- responsible for & reporting of production company financial results to key stakeholders locally and in the region - managing Supply Chain Controlling Team (4 FTEs) working for 2 production plants - responsible for budget, estimate & long-term planning processes - consulting company projects (investments, insourcing, savings ideas, costs for newly launched products)

- supporting German and UK markets - group reporting: mainly production costs, variances, KPIs, FTEs, investment spend - preparing management reports including explaining costs deviations - closing activities, participation in budget/ estimates processes - standardizing production volumes group reporting

- marketing budget controlling incl. forecasting - closing & provisions management - brand P&L controlling (net sales, margin II) - making recommendations for re-/ launches (market & P&L perspective) - leading pre S&OP sessions - post-analysis of marketing campaigns

- fixed costs controlling incl. forecasting - budget optimization projects (car fleet, merchandising) - closing & provisions management - trade working capital analysis (payables)

-payables management - preparing excise duty declarations for production plant - SAP FI Key User - payables Workflow structure & authorization limits management - central bank of Poland statistical reporting

- receivables management - PDF invoices implementation (towards customers) - sales orders release management - issuing credit/ debit notes - validating customer contracts by checking penalty fees, payment terms

- auditing Financial Statements (local companies, FMCG) - testing and describing internal control systems, providing recommendations - participating in inventory stock-takings

- daily support in Accounting Department - checking & entering invoices to the system incl. their posting, determining the tax coding

- daily supporting Retail Credit Department employees - ad hoc financial data preparation, reports
